Process

1. We recommend that you fill out the after-sales service card and send it back to our company after purchasing our products to ensure you receive better service.

2. We accept service inquiries, usage feedback, and related complaints from customers and consumers through the publicly announced service hotline, service center phone numbers, and email.

3. The personnel receiving customer feedback and complaints will respond according to regulations and record the details of the complaints. For issues that cannot be responded to promptly, they will record the customer’s contact information and forward it to the relevant departments and personnel for handling.

4. We value every customer call, letter, and visit, and provide quick and satisfactory responses. Valuable feedback and suggestions will be rewarded.

Terms of Service

We promise to provide a “3.15 service” for the series of products sold, which includes "three months replacement, one year warranty, and five years paid maintenance."

**Three Months Replacement**  
Users may replace the product with a new unit of the same model within three months from the date of purchase (based on the date of the official purchase invoice) if the speaker malfunctions during normal use, provided there is no visible damage and all accessories are complete.

**One Year Warranty**  
Users are entitled to free warranty service for faults occurring within one year from the date of purchase due to non-human factors during use.

**Five Years Paid Maintenance**  
Users may receive maintenance services within five years from the date of purchase, charging only for the cost of repair materials.

**Special Note**  
The following situations do not qualify for our free warranty service, and you may choose paid services (labor cost + material cost):  
1. Damage caused by human actions (e.g., dents, scratches).  
2. Damage caused by violating product usage instructions.  
3. Alteration or deletion of product serial numbers, barcodes, or warranty labels.  
4. Unauthorized repairs, misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, incorrect installation, or force majeure factors.  
5. Lack of a valid invoice or receipt.  
6. Absence of manufacturer name, address, production date, or product qualification certificate.  
7. Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
